iPhone Repair Services
High quality screens. Lifetime Limited Warranty. Most screen repairs in about 30 minutes, depending on part availability.
High Quality Screens
We use high quality replacement screens for iPhone repairs. The screen is the part you touch and look at all day, so the quality of the screen matters more than most customers think.
Here is what can happen with a low-grade screen:
- Touch response feels off. Low-grade screens are not as responsive as high quality displays. You’ll notice it when typing, scrolling, or playing games. Taps register late or miss entirely.
- Color and brightness drift from the original. Whites can look slightly yellow or blue, and color accuracy is noticeably worse than a factory display.
- Battery drains faster. Low-grade screens can make the battery work harder to drive the display, which means your phone dies quicker and the battery runs hot. Over time, that extra heat shortens battery life and can cause swelling.
When you bring your iPhone in for a screen repair, you walk out with a screen that performs the same as the day you bought the phone. That is why we use high quality parts for our repairs.
iPhone Models We Repair
We service every iPhone Apple has released, with priority focus on the models customers bring in most often:
Older models including the iPhone 8, 7, 6s, and earlier are also serviced. Parts availability for older models can vary, so we recommend calling ahead so we can check stock or order what’s needed.
iPhone Repairs We Handle
We’ve been repairing iPhones since 2016. Whether your screen is cracked, your battery won’t hold a charge, or your phone won’t turn on at all, the issue almost always falls into one of these categories. Walk in for a free diagnostic and we’ll tell you exactly what’s going on.

The most common iPhone repair we do. If your screen is cracked, has dead pixels, shows lines or discoloration, has unresponsive areas, or won't turn on at all, the display needs to be replaced. Beyond the cosmetic damage, a cracked screen lets dust and moisture into the phone, which can cause touch failure or internal damage over time. We use high quality screens, fitted in our shop. Most screen repairs take about 30 minutes, depending on part availability.

If your iPhone used to last all day and now drops to 20 percent by lunch, shuts off randomly when the battery still shows 30 or 40 percent, or gets uncomfortably hot during charging, the battery has worn down. iPhone batteries lose capacity over time, and once they fall below 80 percent of original capacity, performance noticeably drops. A fresh battery brings the phone back to full-day performance and can add years to its useful life.

Phones that won't charge unless you wiggle the cable, charge intermittently, or only work with the cable held at a certain angle usually have a damaged or dirty charging port. Slow charging or charging that stops and starts points to the same thing. Sometimes a thorough cleaning fixes it. Other times the port needs to be replaced. Either way, we diagnose it for free before any work begins.

Front camera not focusing, rear camera showing a black screen, blurry photos, cracked camera lens, or autofocus failing. Both front and rear cameras can be replaced on every iPhone model we service.

Cracked back glass on iPhone 8 and newer is a common repair, both cosmetic and structural. We use a laser separation method to remove the old glass cleanly without damaging the internal components, then fit a replacement that matches the original finish. This one takes a bit longer than a screen repair, usually 1 to 2 hours.

If your iPhone has been dropped in water, exposed to liquid, or shows signs of moisture damage like a flickering screen, distorted audio, charging issues, or random shutdowns, bring it in as soon as possible. The faster we can open it up and clean the internal components, the better the chance of saving the phone. Time matters with water damage, every hour the phone sits, corrosion gets worse.

Calls sounding muffled, the other person can't hear you, music playing from one side only, or no sound on speakerphone. Both the earpiece and bottom speakers, along with the microphones, can be repaired or replaced.

Phones that get hot during light tasks like browsing or messaging usually have a battery problem, a software issue, or in rare cases, a damaged internal component. Worth getting diagnosed before it gets worse.

Face ID failing to recognize your face, proximity sensor not turning the screen off during calls, or auto-brightness behaving strangely. These are diagnosed in shop.

Could be the battery, the charging port, water damage, or in some cases the logic board. We'll diagnose it for free and tell you what's going on before any work begins. If you're not sure what's wrong with your iPhone, bring it in. The diagnostic is free, and you'll get an honest answer before you commit to anything.

Repair Times and What to Expect
Most iPhone screen repairs take about 30 minutes, depending on part availability. That covers the majority of screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging port repairs on common models.
Repairs that take longer:
- Back glass replacement: Around 1 to 2 hours due to the laser separation process.
- Water damage diagnostics and board-level work: Timing depends on what's found.
- Older models or rare configurations: Parts may need to be ordered.
We’re upfront about timing before you leave the phone with us. If a repair is going to take longer than expected, you’ll know before we start.

Frequently Asked iPhone Repair Questions
What kind of screens do you use for iPhone repairs?
We use high quality OLED and LCD screens for iPhone repairs, matched to your iPhone model. Every screen replacement comes with our Lifetime Limited Warranty.
How much does an iPhone screen replacement cost?
Pricing depends on the model. Newer Pro and Pro Max models cost more than standard models or older iPhones. Call us at +1 505-336-1907 for an exact quote, or stop in for a free diagnostic.
Will True Tone work after a screen repair?
True Tone depends on the display data from your original screen, and it can be different for each iPhone model. Ask us
Is my data safe during repair?
For screen, battery, charging port, and most external repairs, your data is not touched. We don’t access your photos, messages, or accounts. For water damage or board-level repairs, we always recommend backing up first because deeper repairs can occasionally affect storage.
Do you offer mail-in repair?
Yes. If you’re not in Albuquerque, we accept mail-in iPhone repairs. Contact us first so we can walk you through how to ship the phone safely and what to expect.
What if my iPhone can't be repaired?
We’ll tell you. If a repair isn’t worth the cost or isn’t possible, we’ll explain why and you won’t be charged for the diagnostic. We’d rather lose a job than sell you a repair that doesn’t make sense.
How long does a screen replacement take?
For most newer iPhones with parts in stock, around 30 minutes. You can wait in shop or come back when it’s done.
Do you fix water-damaged iPhones?
Yes. Water damage repair depends on how much liquid got in, how long it sat, and what was affected. Bring it in as soon as possible for the best chance of recovery.
